  • 2 lbs lost :)...yes carbs are important, especially for our brain (it needs carbs to function),so there needs to be a balance, because less carbs we eat it helps delay signs of aging too :)...Everything in moderation. I'm planning to eat few carbs for the next two weeks do walking, then gradually increase carbs to use them…
