2 lbs lost :)...yes carbs are important, especially for our brain (it needs carbs to function),so there needs to be a balance, because less carbs we eat it helps delay signs of aging too :)...Everything in moderation. I'm planning to eat few carbs for the next two weeks do walking, then gradually increase carbs to use them…

Good luck to all of us!!!! I started today. I work over night so helped myself by bringing string cheese, sugar free jello and roasted seaweed. That seaweed, if you haven't tried is really good and VERY low on carbs! A pack has 5 sevings and each serving is only 20 calories and 1 carb each and not kidding it helped me keep…
