Just finished Peaky Blinders. I binge watch Law and Order SVU at least once a week. Will be binging on Orange Is the New Black soon. And usually watch several episodes of Call the Midwife.

I made it through the long weekend. My eating was terrible but I worked out three times- including step class today. I would like to learn how to control my eating over weekends.

Hi. I understand. I don't binge eat as much as I use to but my emotional eating is still an ongoing challenge. It's like I'll be eating and think, "You don't need this" but I keep going. Managed to go to spin class this morning. At this point I'm under calories but I'm not proud of the potato chips... My goal is to make sure I work out every morning while I'm away from home.
