Just finished Peaky Blinders. I binge watch Law and Order SVU at least once a week. Will be binging on Orange Is the New Black soon. And usually watch several episodes of Call the Midwife.

I made it through the long weekend. My eating was terrible but I worked out three times- including step class today. I would like to learn how to control my eating over weekends.

Managed to go to spin class this morning. At this point I'm under calories but I'm not proud of the potato chips... My goal is to make sure I work out every morning while I'm away from home.
