OP's article does feel a bit like a shaming post. as my best friend and her whole family have issues with gluten, i love that we can go out to restaurants again and she hasn't had to quiz the server on preparation methods and ingredients. those handy little "GF" signs do all the work.

ME ME ME! I love eureka. I don't think I saw the last season, but I remember watching it when it first premiered on SyFy, and it blew my mind. Such a fun, quirky, character driven show with amazing talent and serious writer balls.

the #1 thing which helped me, was using my left/weaker hand to put on the clamps for weights. after a couple days of forcing myself to do that, my grip strength much improved. but also one over, one under helps too!

primal fudge. 1/2 cup honey (i use local) 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted) 1/2 cup natural peanut butter 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. melt it all up, let it cool some, pour into 10 lined cupcake tins. freeze. makes deliciousness. then i put more PB on top! it's a better tasting reeses

HRM aren't accurate unless you are engaging in steady state cardio. so please don't use those counts, use MFP counts for anything not steady state. also i don't log cleaning, but i don't clean thoroughly or often.
