i carried in four giant bags of groceries, four pack of Trois Pistols, and a 40lb pack of dog food from car, elevator, up to my apartment in one trip. I squat 110lbs, dead lift 60kg. also my arms look badass in strapless dresses.

I quit cold turkey 2 - 3 years ago, after smoking for 4 years. I was too stubborn to allow myself to fail. Having friends and a S/O who don't smoke helps too.

definitely look up some recipes to be precise about your substitutions, but i frequently add in 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder to a boxed brownie mix. the chocolate flavor is much more intense, but i do take them out of the oven a little sooner because the powder can make the brownies dry. good luck!!

i agree with others. if you're not losing weight, you aren't logging correctly. a scale could help you a lot, i lost 50lbs by eyeballing portions and then i got a scale because i plateaued for a year. i was SO WRONG on portion sizes. being off by 200 calories a day on logging adds up. agree with reduce your sodium intake,…
