I'm not drinking them lately, but for a good 6 - 8 months last year I had them once a day. Perfect to have after a workout, or with my breakfast. Because who doesn't like chocolate protein milk with breakfast.

i can't believe i have lived my whole life without using duck fat. i made some roasted chili duck breast last week and the fat tasted better than bacon. unbelievable. too bad it's $10 a breast!

I go at least parallel, preferably lower. As weights are heavier I have a harder time going less than parallel.

Best part is, servings are adjustable! If you want smaller bites, make them smaller. Goodness gracious I hope no one eats a half cup of honey in one serving! Also I am hypoglycemic, these bars are one of the only sweet things which do not crash me. My 2c.
