i second what someone else said, MOISTURIZE!! after every wash. it seems counterproductive, but my acne got a lot better, less flaky and less scarring when i moisturized after washing. and now i can feel my skin tightness if i dont, which i didnt notice before i start moisturizing. also you have cystic acne it sounds like.…

I did all kinds of exercise under the sun before starting SL. My abs have never been stronger and more defined. I'm on my 3rd month of SL.

<- this gal. i increase weight on my upper body compounds (OHP, bench press, pendlay rows) whenever the heck i feel like it. i usually warm up with just the bar, and use that to gauge how badass i'm feeling that day. i am trying to work more on my legs, since that's where most of my fat is.

i stretch after, reduces DOMS and tightness. i see some guys stretch thoroughly before their workouts, but i heard it's bad to stretch cold muscles. i always hope they ran for a bit before sprawling all over the place.

sometimes i don't log dinner. i'm on MFP almost nonstop 9 to 5 (can ya guess why?!) and then forget about it at night. or i'll log it the next morning.
