For 30DS How do you count in your exercise, is there an overall per level? Or do you break it down to each individual exercise?

The first time I joined MFP I too struggled with logging on the weekend. But this time I knew I was ready when I am just as dedicated on weekends as I am on weekdays. It made a huge difference with me and I really like holding myself accountable all the time. If not a cheat meal would turn into a cheat day and then a cheat…

I am 5'4" and starting weight was 179. Current weight 159. Goal weight/range 135 - 145. I am 53 years old. Just want to be comfortable in my clothes and conscious about what I put in my mouth everyday to fuel my body. Not set on a specific number at all. Anywhere in that range and still enjoying life is good for me.

I had mine set to lose 2 pounds per week and it put me at 1200 calories. With exercise I would get more but losing weight stagnated. So I reset to lose only .5 per week and it gives me 1380, much better on non work out days and then on days when I work out I get even more. I am not nearly as hungry all the time and find I…

If you've noticed changes in your face then you probably have other changes too. Get a good sewing tape measure and measure every where. Arms, thighs, hips, neck. Do this about once a month. If you are weighing and measuring your food, just give it time. Took me quite a while to notice a change, but it slowly started…

I'll start by saying what works for one does not work for everyone, but getting different options are so worth it. I read someone posted a while back that just a little change up can help boost you again. I didn't see the scale move for 2 weeks. Then I changed my plan for 2 lb weight loss per week to .5 loss. It upped me…

I do not have a set day or meal for treats or splurges. I really do find that if I have a great day of eating on target and working out and I want an ice cream and I have enough calories left for the day then I have one. If I don't have any calories left in my day then I skip it. I am fighting really hard to stay…

I also don't believe in cheat days. But if I want to go out tonight and have nachos and margaritas, which is only couple times a year, then I do it. If I want a piece of chocolate cake after my work out, then I do it. Try not to over think everything. But I don't need regular cheat days or even regular cheat meals. Log…

I love it when people ask what you're doing and you tell them MFP and CI/CO and they say "Oh I might try that but I can't give up my diet coke" or they go out to eat fast food 3 - 4 times a week and telling you maybe they'll start next week. Then ask you to join them at McDonalds for lunch. I just smile and say no thanks.…

Not sure why it is called the military diet. I was in the military and they in no way would endorse something like this.

Or we have done lots of protein shakes with fruit and spinach. Very filling

I found some recipes on Pinterest for Protein balls. They have oats, protein powder, honey and then whatever else you put. I put flax meal, almond slivers and dried cranberry, coconut flakes or mini chocolate chips. Stir it all up and use a cookie scooper, very small about 3/4" balls. Put on tray in freezer for about an…

Love Greek Yogurt and usually get Chobani with the oats in it. Today for the first time I have the Chobani Greek Coffee Blended. OMG!!! It is fabulous. Reminds me of a coffee dessert cause it is creamy and smooth. Love it!!

I agree but lots of people like them and it was such a quick item on the news I had to rewind to hear what they said so I wanted to help get the word out to people.
