Successes/struggles this week: I was so close to not seeing any loss this week. The weekend was full of bad choices, which left me feeling disappointed in myself and on the verge of throwing in the towel. Luckily, my bf was there to help me get myself together and make good choices yesterday so I didn't spiral out of control.
This month has been up and down unlike any other so far. Here's hoping to finishing strong.0 -

Successes/struggles: I was very good the first week, sticking to my diet and I didn't give in the sugar cravings. The second and third week was a downfall, I ate SOOOO much sugar I felt sick. The pattern went on this week, on Monday (21) I ate A LOT of icecream, I felt sick. However I had a hard set of trainings in the meantime so I manage to lose weight anyway. But it would be better for my health and athletic performance if I would just stick to my healthy diet. Because I'm never hungry, I just crave sugar. I'll try very hard to change that in the future. Anyway I'm happy with my 1kg lost.

Successes/struggles last week: Struggling with sugar intake....I LOVE SUGAR. Also with self image issues. I don't know why I can't lose easily @ 1450 Calories a day, weight training and cardio 5-6 times a week, running 5 miles at least 1-2 times a week....at least 10K steps a day
Strengths: Feeling fit despite not being consistent with the weight loss. Trying to get it through my head that weight is just a number and does not dictate fitness nor fat vs. muscle.0 -

Hmmm, maybe if I work really hard I can reach my goal. I'm happy that I am making progress anyway. It's been a rough couple of weeks.
I'm hoping next week will be back to normal.
Also, my husband is setting up our extra room as a small work out room for me. I can't wait to use it.
Week of March 25th. I am only loosing about a pound a week so far, and I'm ok with that for now. It's been a rough month with birthdays and eating out, and a parent spent a week in the hospital. It's been hard to find time to get plenty of excersize, and I haven't always stuck to my food goals. I am excited because I haven't been under 184 in 6+ years. Whenever I lose weight, that seems to be the bridge I haven't been able to cross, and I hope to cross it next week!

Successes/struggles this week: My successes are pretty much the same this week, staying within my calories and meeting/exceeding my exercise goals. Last week, I also talked about staving of junk food craving with nuts/homemade trail mix but I am now eating too many nuts. I eat enough nuts for a low calorie meal lately. I have got to get my snack cravings under control. I am also still struggling with getting enough rest during the week. That being said, this is my first week in this challenge with a 3LBS lost!
