I have Netflix, Zumba, P90X, Insanity, and 30 Day Shred... I have done these so much. I don't want to spend money on a gym membership that I could spend on my son. I just want something to put the motivation back in my body!

The thing with peanut butter is the amount of sugar in it makes it less of a healthy choice. I have found Smart Balance Rich Roast Chunky Peanut Butter. It is absolutely delicious!

I always put 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper in this recipe! The first time I made this I put 1/2 tsp in mix and my son almost couldn't eat it because it was too spicy! Otherwise...EXCELLENT RECIPE!

I honestly think that people are trying to worry about what others are doing or saying so that they don't have to focus so much on their main goal, losing weight. Some people have less or more to lose. Then again, some people can't just keep opinions to themselves to keep peace where it needs to be.

It is fun and a good workout. My only thing is if you do the moves and the remote doesn't register that you did that move correctly, you don't get the credit for it. Also, you can't see how your scores have been before that time.

You could probably switch the sausage for turkey sausage and have a few less calories. I've made something like that with sausage, rotel, and a block of velveeta cheese. Throw it in a crockpot and it's good to go. That sounds good too though.

The best author I have found is V.C. Andrews. Her books always have a great twist and will keep your interest easily. The Wildflower Series has been favorite.
