Oh, I definitely don't want to be on meds but my most recent test came back normal with my medication. Hopefully, if I lose some of this weight, I won't have to be on meds anymore!

I have! It will definitely be good for cardio but I didn't feel it helped with "abs" so much! It is definitely fun and doesn't feel like a typical workout!
