I snack on light yogurt, grapes, bananas, etc. I have a busy schedule as well. For meals, on days that I have time to cook, I tend to cook a little extra for leftovers for the days that I don't feel like cooking. I pack my lunches for the next day on the night before to help choose better eating.

Hmmm....that sounds like a fun challenge. I did make a promise to myself to try one new recipe a week. Last week was simple turkey chili.

it is well worth it! Great cardio to keep up with the moves. Although you can't see whether your scores improve, it has been great to workout to get the "Zumba Pro" title for the Single Routines!

I hang out with friends...play rock band (great group fun), miniature golf, movie theater, indoor rock climbing, anything to keep your mind from going to the bars!

I am a single working mother going to school 2 nights a week. The downside to my exercising routine is that I have to workout after my son goes to sleep then I don't want to go to bed for another couple of hours. I'm not very coordinated either and I absolutely love doing zumba! the moves are easy to pick up on and it makes you feel nice and sweaty by the end of the workout!

I think the texture of the greek yogurt is gross. It reminds me of gel like textures only with my tongue. It is a preference thing though.

I have Zumba Wii. I find it very accurate on tracking my movements compared to the figure on the game. Sometimes, it doesn't see when I'm doing something like moving the arms and the lower half stays still. It gives you a workout schedule. Overall, I think it's a great way to get a workout.
