the best way to tell is to take a picture every 10 pounds or so. i have noticed a minor difference after almost 20 pounds. i have noticed that i may not be losing as much weight a week but the inches are coming off.

recipes are pretty easily found in the food and nutrition forum on here! if you need some ideas, i use allrecipes.com and just alter the recipes to be healthy or better fit to my liking! i have a few if you would like. just message me!

Don't be too upset about what society thinks about obese. I am 5'6" and now 219 pounds and considered obese. I know I am not fat or huge, just chunky.

at first I classified Zumba as "dancing, aerobic", then i found out how much calories burned that said and added it to my exercises. now i have a heart rate monitor and log it by that.

i have a friend in OK where he is 25 and his girl is 40-something, late 40s. on the other hand, my boyfriend is 6 months older than me. that's it. i think it is ur own preference. I never really liked onions or spinach before until I found out how healthy they are. I learned to tolerate them and eventually became used to them. I don't mind eating them now.

I make a beef stew in the crockpot. I get some stew meat and brown it. Add carrots, sweet potatoes, and broccoli. Once all that is done, pour a thing of beef broth (enough to cover the veggies and meat). Then to thicken up the juice, add flour, not a whole lot. Let this cook on low overnight and serve. It is fantastic!

i have a sansa mp3 player. Mine is outdated and still works amazingly. It is a sansa e260! I love it! They allow music or radio if you want it. You can put videos or pictures on there also!
