And.....1 tsp of psyllium fiber after that....helps clean out all the 'junk' in your bowels....I have been doing this for a couple of weeks.....helps you to have better bowel movements too.....and you don't feel as bloated....Metamucil works exactly the same and you can get it in flavours.

Good morning. Just wondering, how to track the shred video? I do it often, for a quick work out when i don't have a lot of time. OIt is really good! I love Jillian! Any ideas? Thanks Kim!
