This^^^ I agree with the part about running after legs. My leg day is Friday. My off days are Sat/Sun. Chest/Tri's Monday, and then running on Tues. Three full days of rest between legs and running.

Hahaha! The pose with the Froot Loops, was during a cereal drive that was happening on campus at the University where I work. Seemed like a fitting "before" pic. I mostly used the "Before" pic, as I am wearing the same shirt in the "Current" pic.
