  • Yummmm.....this is a must try recipe!
  • You've lost over 100lbs. I think you could write the book on staying motivated! Goals....goals always motivate me. I lost about 20 lbs and my goal is to keep it off for a year and log for a year. I continue to log most of the day even though I am on maintenence. I want to prove to myself that I can keep it off this time.…
  • I googled "calories burned calculator". There are several sites where you can find different exercises and the amount of calories burned according to your weight. Mine comes to about 160 calories for 20 minutes. I log it as "circuit training with minimal rest" (I made my own exercise). I looked up several sites and…
  • Same...I do this exactly
  • Southern Ohio at the present but born and raised in Indiana. Still consider myself a HOOSIER......I love IU Basketball and the Cincinnati Reds!
  • Check out this video....it might help motivate you (it does it for me)! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rmurxfN-o9k
  • I just did the first one today, I think it could fall under "interval training" since she has you doing low intensity followed by higher intensity. Someone else mentioned "circuit training" and that would probably work too. Just a thought.....
  • I love bleu cheese dressing but most are very high calorie and fat. I found Litehouse Yogurt Bleu Cheese at my local Kroger (in the refrigerated section) and am in love with it. I will never buy the full fat version again. It is 80 calories for 2 T. and well worth it. I don't think it taste light at all. I agree with other…
  • I just went to Youtube and found them, thanks for this info! (and I thought I was getting a good deal buying the three DVD's for $21....free is much better :)
  • I just ordered "30 Day Shred" and two other Jillian Michaels' DVD's yesterday, got them online for $21 which included shipping so I thought that was pretty good. I have been taking a ladies Circuit Training Boot Camp but these DVD's look like a more intense workout. All her DVD's have great reviews. I see many people on…
  • Oh my....that would almost be my daily calorie limit although it sounds great :)
  • This sounds great and thanks to the person that posted the pic! I will be trying this soon (like tonight:) This is such a handy trick when you want cake but don't want the temptation of having the rest of the cake daring you to eat it...love it!
  • I wonder the same thing, because every time I eat my exercise calories, I gain weight, so I just don't eat them. I do feel more toned from the exercise, but that is the only benefit I can see. I'm sure my heart is healthier - so I guess that is the benefit I can't see :) I will keep exercising since I don't want to lose…
  • This sounds like dinner tonight :)
  • Love that....slow winner! We are all winners if we have taken the extra step and doing something about our weight. I am losing slowly this time around and am sure it is due to some medication I am on. I'm determined not to let that get me down and just work through it. Thanks for being positive!!!
  • I just made these a couple days ago and my whole family loves them. I adapted them from a Skinnytaste.com recipe. I like them so much it is hard to eat just one! 1 - 18.25 oz Duncan Hines Dark Chocolate Fudge cake mix 1 -1.4 oz pkg of sugar free, fat free, instant chocolate pudding 1 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie…
  • Definitely Beano.....I had the same problem. I love broccoli but hated the "side effect" so i started taking Beano (2-3 tablets) right before I eat it and problem solved. Generic Beano works too but I haven't been able to find it recently.
