Hi, Please update your original post, because it is kind of misleading. Unless you are not filling the cupcake liners and are making the cupcakes very small, these calories are too low. I think people may think that big cupcakes will have only 73 calories. I have seen and used this same recipe from Hungry Girl many many…

^^^^^Yes! What she said!!! If you want people to look, let them..if not, that's your business. Respect other's right to privacy like you would want your right to privacy respected.

You can make your own applesauce. It can be time consuming, but at least you know what is in it! :drinker: :flowerforyou:

lmao Love this!

If you are watching your sodium intake and the spice has significant sodium in it, then yes. If not and you are using miniscule amounts, I wouldn't worry about it. For example: a teaspoon of cinnamon has about 6 calories, that is about 2.6 grams. You can find accurate information from the USDA site for these:…

They did mess up....but.....I also agree that what goes around comes around. They will appreciate your honesty and you will feel better about it. I believe in doing the right thing and I always try to do just that. A few years ago when I was in school, I found someone's expensive Ipod stuck in a cushiony chair. I turned it…

I love butter, too but I just don't behave with it! lol I love the locally made butter that I can get at the deli or the bakery. Soooooo good. But.....butter/other dairy stuff are my food weakness. So, I now use Land O Lakes light spreadable butter. Only 50 cal per Tbsp and it's the best tasting low calorie…

^^This. I totally agree. Ally yourself with people who feel the same way. It sounds like change isn't going to happen with this without some help. Good luck! :drinker: :flowerforyou:

  I would NEVER mock another BH!!! I have seen NKOTB 9 times in concert since 1989. The last three since 2008. In the summer of 2009, I had a front row seat on the Full Service tour in Wichita. I have been to tons of concerts (Madonna, Boyz II Men, MC Hammer, just to name a few) in my life, but that was the…

My family pressured me to get a Facebook. I caved, but I only have family and close friends on my friends list. I also don't use it very much at all. I often tell people that MFP is my Facebook. I feel much more at home here plus it is helping me to reach my goal (which I will get to someday!) whereas Facebook does not.…

Those 80 calories you burn an hour are already taken into consideration by MFP. You are going to burn those no matter what. Do not add them into exercise calories. So, eat back your 400 exercise calories or what a lot of people eat back is a percentage of them. Start with 50% of them and see how it goes. Good luck!!…

Well, 38 was more the "start" for me. But I fell off the health wagon for a while there. I am back on and hanging on for dear life, God help me. I am about to turn 40, so maybe that will be what makes me stay on forever!! :drinker:

Yummy! This is very similar to the Hungry Girl chocolate cupcakes made with a can of pumpkin. Just a box of devil's food cake mix combined with a regular size can of pumpkin. Here's the link: http://www.hungry-girl.com/newsletters/raw/367 Check out these ROCKIN' recipes from Hungry Girl! The Devil Made Me Chew It Yum Yum…

Hi. I am not going to take the time to read everyone's responses because I am speaking to you, not them. I am also not going to turn this into a debate on religion like I am sure some people have. The bottom line is this: The person you choose to marry is the person you plan on spending your life with. If you don't have…

For dessert try these 180 calorie cupcakes from Hungry Girl. They are just a devil's food cake mix combined with a can of pumpkin. Soooooooo yummy! Simple to make, but they do dry out easily, so keep tightly covered! Great source of Vitamin A and fiber, too! http://www.hungry-girl.com/newsletters/raw/367 Have fun!

bump! I will def try this! I put balsamic vinegar on my salad everyday, I love it! Thanks for sharing! :flowerforyou:

It sounds great! Just a word of caution if you are using the Pillsbury crescent rolls. A LOT of their products have a good deal of trans fats in them. :(
