  • ITA!! I heard the same thing from my Mom. I think when I get in a bad attitude state it affects everything - eating, workouts even general appearance. My attitude toady is - I can do this!!!

  • FWIW I have never & will never "eat" back calories. I gained weight eating the wrong calories, now to lose it I am eating healthy calories.   • Have you tried contacting the makers of Ambien or Klonopin? Some drug companies have programs for people who can't afford their medications. It might help.

  • Well not always true and depends on how much weight. When I went from 350+ to 175 yep they shrunk. I went from 44DD to a 38C. They next 25 lbs I had no change. Also when I added exercise for underlying chest muscles they appeared to get higher and perky LOL!!

  • Sense I gave up coffee - Tea has been a great help with water intake.

  • You can do it! All-Inclusives usually have lots of activities. We have done them a few times - love them!! I do find beach volleyball burns tons of calories. My SO calls them a fat alcoholics paradise LOL! I limit myself to one fruity drink a day, my personal fave was Chocolate Banana Daiquiri>

  • I never eat back my calories, not because of any resistance. I just find I simply can't unless I want to have a hot fudge sundae. I did ask my PT, what he suggested was consuming 20-25gm of protein following a workout. You replenish the body & keep the metabolism racing for a few hours. I do this and I am not hungry again…

  • ITA! I have found as much as 5-6 lbs in different scales. You will go crazy if you try to sync them all up. One scale, same time, same clothes, also keep it on the same spot on the floor(level), I notice if it is dfferent areas it can fluctuate.
