Weight loss & ADs
I am being put on Effexor for depression, emotional not so much chemical depresiion. I am just dealing with aging parents, kid issues etc.. So I know they can inhibit weight loss. Anyone else dealing with this, I would love any advice on things that might help.

Not so new but new again
I was here awhile ago had some succes then - life happens. 2nd knee blow out. Mom diagnosed with Dementia so I crawled back into food. I also hate to say my wine - too much wine I admit. So back another with 12 lbs I lost and trying to get determined - again!

Back after months of family turmoil
I have gained back all but 3lbs, I guess I should be thankkful it is not more. Trying to get back on track. It is just so hard after 50.

Back after crazy break!
I got thrown off track by huge family drama. Crazy ex-wife, his not mine LOL!! Before you say might be him - she comes complete with paperwork. I even had to change gyms, because she decided to join ours REALLY!! So now that we have pretty much sorted through the crazy, I am trying to regain my life/diet and workouts. So…

It's weigh day - I am freaking out!!
I promised I would only weigh in once a week, trying to break the scale obsession. It has been the hardest thing EVER!! Anyone else staying off the scale on a daily basis? So tonight I weigh in and it is killing me to see how much, if any Iost. I want to move the ticker!!!

Right now I am loving - hungry-girl.com. They have great recipes that convert food you want to eat to food you can eat. :)

How to stay off the scale?!
I am trying to just weigh in once a week with my PT but it is so hard!! I have been doing everything else but I think I am addicted to my scale - it's worse than crack.

Just started a fitness challenge - 56 days to go/advice
I am doing a fitness challenge at my gym. It will last 8 weeks with the winner getting $350. It is a combination of BF/Weight loss challenge. any advice on what might burn the best calories. I do do the eliptical & TM, but just feel maybe one is better than the other. I know that works on weight but will it do anything for…
