Babies are a great reason to get fit!! I am gonna(not trying) get back in shape because I have a 5yo DGD and I love doing things with her. Just joined Zumba with her Mom , my DIL. Feel free to friend me, I plan on being here every day.

Haven't read the replies yet, gonna do so now. Mine was when I starting packing for our cruise last April, nothing fit. I saw pics in my bathing suit about a month ago - couldn't look before then. OMG!!

Welcome - this site is a great tool to use. It does help if you show up daily(as I come back from weekend away LOL) Take it one day at a time, one goal at a time!

Just take small steps, if you try to make goals to be big it gets discouraging. I lost 187lbs 9 years ago, I never got the last couple off. I am now back up 65 so back here. You can do it!!

I am 5'5" and I was happiest at 150. I carry an athletic build, legs mainly. So when I was under that I felt disproportiionate.

I am sure you can do it. I have been dealing with these type of issues for the last month and know they can derail you big time. Just focus and take care of you. I know my SO is supporting me through all this too. So as long as you have their support -you can do anything!!
