I struggle with sweet cravings as well, but I try to find things to supplement my indulging in a fat slice of cheesecake. I just tried a new snack today that crushed my sweet craving... 1 whole wheat waffle (Eggo) 1 tbs. almond butter 1 tbs. strawberry preserves (or honey) 1 piece of fruit (1/2 banana or apple) Give it try!
