Thanks for the input I know the site only recommends 1 lbs loss per week but I have nearly 100 lbs to lose so I chose the 2lb per week loss I feel more confident now to proceed thanks again everyone for the help! Happy Weight Loss!! Its not a diet its a lifestyle!

EXACTLY!! Im on every day (sometimes 3 times a day) lol I had "friends" that msg'd me once and then never logged on again DELETE!! I need support to...especially yesterday I sort of fell off the wagon I couldve used someone to encourage me THAT DIDNT HAPPEN! So if you are in need of a supporter, so am I. Friend me! :o)

Friend me too!! Best of luck! I found the days that I dont log on I make "mistakes" lol I used to do Weight Watchers and found that MFP is way better (not just because its FREE!!) but you earn back every calorie you burn to EAT MORE!! Its defiantely an incentive to excercise more.

I definately agree eat more often I try to eat 6 times a day and my go to late night snack is Jiffy Pop popcorn you can eat a good amount of it and it also has been said to help you sleep better. :happy:

I also used to be a member (a looonnngg time ago) I was waiting until I lost half my goal weight and Curves was going to be my mid-point reward. I am also curious if anyone is going and is it helping?? :happy:

I use a tablespoon of Splenda Blended Brown Sugar it is nice & sweet and really changes the plain old oatmeal into something tasty! Its usually in the baking isle at the grocery store near the sugars. Hope this helps.
