Todays weight is 187lbs...want to be 175lbs or lower by Dec 1..my surgery is Dec 8th..after that not workouts for 6 weeks, yuck..maybe just walking after two weeks.

I know what you mean. I cant find anyone to go with either. i even have a membership that I can take a person with me to the gym, but still even free no one want s to go. Good luck

Very addicted ....I like reading all the post, blogs and message boards...I use to yo yo alot but since logging all my food on MRP not one time have I yoyo'ed....

Short term fix..I took them years ago..they worked for about 4 months after that all the weight cames back..doing it on my own this time. Plus I know a lady at work that took them and it really messed her up..she is on BP meds now. Your best bet is to get off them and do it the right way.

I dont have a gym but at each one of my two 30 min. breaks I do some kind of work out. At 6;00 I go out side and power walk then at 9:00 I either run steps or jog. Thats all I do\id to lose my first 35lbs..Now I go to the gym during the day too.

I work as a housekeeper at a University so I do some HARD cleaning every night for 8 hours and that has never made me lose one oz of weight. I leave every night soked from sweat. But everyone is different what ever works to help YOU lose weight

I put a little choc. syrup sugar free on a gram cracker then 2 tbsp lite cool while and freeze it.. very good stuff

I dont eat much meat during the week so I eat lots of eggs (whites only) for the protein. I have eaten up to a dozen in one day. I hard boil them every weekend, then I have them for the week.

I always make some kind of egg white omelette..with veggies or I do a choc. egg white omelette with peachs

I use *Great Value - Southwest Spicy Sweet, Hot Mustard and flavored vinegar..I think its like 10 cals per tablespoon

I started hair bow making this week, its been a lot of fun so far.

Breakfast can be up to 500 cals Lunch maybe 300-400 I work night so I try to eat lite (some times that doesnt work) a salad and some veggies been eating lots of carrots with greek yogurt I add some ranch powder mix to it make a great dip

When I go to subway I always ask them to pull the soft part of the bread out of the middle and they ask why, Just tell them Im on a diet. Never had a problem with getting extra veggies. I got a 6 inch the other day the girl put so much spice mustard on it I couldnt eat it, and I told her lite.
