If you are already feeling better and "lighter", then things are happening that the scale might not reflect. Keep pushing! And I always find it helpful to have an open diary so people can see what you are eating and offer advice in that regard as well!

What have you tried? If you don't enjoy exercise, you won't stick to a program. You can't think of it as work. I'd say the funnest classes I have taken are Spinning, Body Pump and Zumba. And it all depends on whether or not you have a good instructor. An instructor can make or break your impression of a class. Best of luck.

OH! I work in D.C. Please let me know how this place is and maybe I will have to try it one day. I'd recommend: Chicken Quesadilla - No Cheese or Sour Cream Vegan Quesadilla Steak and Asparagus Salad - But inquire about their light dressing options Turkey Burger - No Mayo and then maybe eat only 1/2 of the bun ENJOY! :)

Unrelated question - I have always wondered this with spin instructor's who teach more than one class a day...Do you take it easy because you know you have (2) or do you go all out both classes?

I love Level 2 - It is super hard and a great burn but I feel it is do-able. Like, in Level 1, I could not do the push-ups for the entire time but with Level 2, I really enjoy the walking push-ups!

Level 2 is SO hard. Those cardio moves are a killer! But I was trying to do most of the more advanced techniques so I am happy. :)

Sometimes I drink the Chocolate Shake in the morning for breakfast. When ice cold, the taste isn't too bad and it actually does fill me up for a while. I don't do it religiously but I am not against it.
