ok so I made a mistake.... At the begining of the week i was 261 and some odd ounce... and my weight in today was 259.5 so about 2.5 loss or so... yesterday was not a good day... but its over with and today is a brand new day.... have a great day

Ok had a very bad time at the party... which reflected in how I ate... way over my cal goal.... and my husband was no help too... I ended up getting angry because the only time I would get talked to was if I was fallowing my husband around and so I was basically there to watch my children and make sure they did not act up.…

Just as a note, our bodies need 1200 cals a day... eating less than that our bodies go in to starvation mode and will store all the cals it can. especially if your exercising...

I want to give this a try... It will help keep me motivated to stay plan... so lets see... today went very well... I did 30 min of circuit training. And I found out I hit my 10% weight loss goal yesterday... I started this week off at 263 I believe so 30 lbs would be 233 or so... As for the water I have drank about 8 cups…

Once a week... At least I try... there has been times that towards the end of the week I check my weight...But I try to only weigh in once a week

The problem with eating at night is thats when people usually go to bed... I think it has something to do with eating and then going right to lay down an sleep and not having the chance to burn some of the cals off... if you eat at night and dont go to bed right a way I dont see a problem... but could be wrong...

not sure if it is true but i know peanut butter has a lot of protein...

Slimfast... I heard of diabetics drinking it, but I would ask a doc first... I drink a shake for breakfast and then have a 100-200 cal snack, then have a shake for lunch and then in the mid afternoon have a 100-200 cal snack and then a 500-700 cal dinner and than maybe another snack... I have been trying to consume 1400…

I have been doing Winsor Pilates, I do three days a week, that is what the company recommends. So I do Mon, wed, and fridays. on the days that I dont do my pilates I go walking.
