Hi Amy, My name is Deborah. I am using MFP to track water intake and weight. I have been on Medifast for 4 weeks, yesterday started my 4th week, so far I have lost 20.7 lbs. I know my cal intake will not reach the amount that is suggested by MFP so I don't log meals. If you like you can add me.

16 lbs is awesome.... Its harder for people to notice change when they see you every day than every once in a while.... For me its not really about clothes size its more of me being health and getting healthy and fit. So what ever size I am when I am 145. I started in a size 26 I am currently a 24.

my doc said 1200 min... if no exercise... for every hour my doc did say to up my cals... how much depends on how many cals you burn duning the work out... you can go in to starvation mode if you exercise a lot and do not up the amount of cals you eat... You really shoul d ask your doc for the correct advice though...

I dont count activities like house work... Dont mean to offend any one that does count house work as exercise but stuff like house work should be counted as an every day activity and not exercise... Something I think is funny this web site will not count sex as exercise but it will house work...

I have had no problem with mine... I actually have a cycle maybe every 3 months... you might just need to change your birth control method... I cant think of the name, but it comes in a shot and you have to have it done like ever 3-6 months and it suppose to stop your periods.... and I had major problems with that one...…

When I got pregnant with my daughter I weighted some where between 230-240lbs... and it was really hard. My husband and I would like another baby.. but I am determined to lose the extra weight so I can actually enjoy the pregnancy... And plus to look pregnant instead of just extreamly fat would also be nice.... so needless…

If you need to eat the "extra" cals you earn from your workout you can... But if your not hungry then dont... but yes eat a min of 1300 after your workouts...

well a safe weight loss is no more than 2 lbs a week... so we can loose about 8 a month, there are 12 months in a year so that would be 96lbs a year...so probably a little over a year...

Journalling my cals even if I know I have eaten way over my cal goal... Drinking lots of water. The preschool I work for prepairs lunch and snacks, so eating what they serve and not going to get fast food..

Carls jr has a very good hawaiian salad, and it is low cals too.... I done slimfast, It did help kick start my weight loss, but i was always hungry... and eventually it did not work... Could be a few things, I know that malneutrion can stop periods. My experience with my cycle i usually just skip when I lose alot of weight and my body readjusts it self and then I am back to normal... I would be a great idea to see a doc

I am on mirena, and I have had no problems with it... But every one is different... Before mirena I tried the neuva ring, and with that I had major migrains... but the neuva ring has different chemicals in it than the mirena does... I would speek to your doc about the problems you are having...

I am on Mirena IUD, but it is designed for women that have had a child already. And every 5 years I have to have it replaced.
