The diary is for my use, for my tracking. I honestly just don't want to worry about what others say.... I have enough self esteem issues without someone reminding me that I had a cookie that I didn't need. In this case... I say to each their own.

I used to donate, but now they have the rule that if you lived in Europe for more than 6 months during certain times - you are not eligible. Some day maybe they will allow it again, it is so important. For all of you that donate - thank you! You are all amazing!

Fiber - oatmeal for breakfast ... things that will stay with you for a long time. Greens for lunch, you can eat till your full - but not blow your calorie count.
