Wow that's amazin! Gives me inspiration for when I have children. Well done :-)

Inspired by this post, I made this for dinner last night. It was soooo good! I used sliced tomato instead of a sauce and less veggies with chicken. Came in at around 240 cals and it tasted like normal pizza! Thanks!

Thanks for all the replies. I eat between 1400-1800 cals a day (I use a fitbit to calculate tdee) hardly exercised recently, just walking. Eat at least 60g protein a day but its usually higher. Macros at about 40/30/30. I think the hormones stored in fat theory makes a lot of sense. Will go to the docs to get checked out…

Food is still pretty similar (just not as much of it) and less sugar now. I am going to see my doctor about it incase there is something thney could do. Thanks for your replies!

Ignore the scales. keep going. It takes a while for your body to catch up and you are probably holding water in your muscles from working out. The main thing is you are getting fitter and healthier, everything else will follow in time :)

Amazing! Great achievement :D
-
Feel free to add me! I'm half way to my goal of 154. Started at 235. :-)

You look really good. Congratulations on your success. Very inspiring!
-
Wow you really do look fantastic! You're such an inspiration :)
-
Probably!

Ok I have used the better calculations and got to 126 LBM. I have a much better end goal now. Thanks!
-
Yeah that correct. I used an online calculator which took height weight wrist and forearm size. I have just done a few more which say either 27 or 38. So I am guessing it's the latter

Thanks. I will probably buy a specific scale when I have money. In the mean time I'll just not bother with bf% seeing as I can't get a proper reading!
-
Thanks for the replies. I get on average 80g protein a day but some days as much as 120g. Apparently my BF% is 27.6 I think the numbers mst be off, yarwell, I thought it seemed high too. I don't do any strength training. Can anyone recommend a more accurate calculation?

Congratulations! What an achievement. Well done you!
-
Thanks for posting this. To know a few people have had success is inspiring!
-
Thank you for simplifying this. Where does exercise come in though? Woud you eat the calories burned through exercise?
-
I'm glad I lost 2lbs since my last Friday weigh in. I'm also glad I pushed the buggy to town and back. Solid walking for 2 hours! Not glad I have blistered feet as a result though!
-
What's your weightlifting and cardio regime?
-
Thanks! Will be trying these for sure!
-
Wow what a difference. You have an identical shape to me. Well done!
-
Well done! Very good post. You are so right about the portion control and eating what you want but not pigging out! I don't think I noticed a plateau either, do you have any theories as to why?
-
Great info, thanks!

Hey yeah it easy if you're focused! Probably just to drink lots of water and exercise as much as you can. Everything in moderation!
