That I am stuck at a desk for the better part of the day instead of up moving...I am lucky that everywhere I need to go at work is up or down a flight of stairs so that helps. I would love to count the flights I do in a day...hmmmm maybe a challenge for myself tomorrow.

My sympathies for your loss. As for getting your life back, exercise helps kick in endorphins which help with depression. It sounds like to me you may have some depression issues and given what you have been thru we can all understand why. Try to stay busy and get those endorphins moving. 5'2" here...I have been as small as 116 in the last 4 years but I think that is just too skinny for me. I am going for 130-135 and toned!!!! Ill take the extra pounds of muscle!

I think it is all for the publicity just like the rest of the spoiled little rich kid crowd...lindsey lohan, Amanda Bynes, etc. Charge him and let him do his community service and rehab but do not give them one ounce of publicity from it and it will quite happening.

I was worried about losing mine too for the price plus I doubted what it would do for me so I went with the $50 version. Now I am convinced and might be upgrading.
