You will lose fat all over your body, this includes your arms when you're in a deficit. Outside of measurements, are your lifts staying the same? What is your lifting routine like? Why do you dedicate 2 days to just abs. You're probably better off following a tried and true lifting routine.

I always feel like it depends on the situation and what their intentions are. I've seen people doing stuff they shouldn't be doing when it comes to conventional lifts, but I don't want to be that guy that goes up to someone and gives them advice and them taking offense to it. I know if I was going to potentially hurt…

I follow PHUL, so it varies between each day. My upper power can take about 2 hours, the other days are between an 1 and 1.5 hours. Bit difficult to super set stuff because it can get fairly busy at the gym I go to. I also take longer rest periods during my heavy compound lifts, along with doing multiple warm up sets. So…

Are you looking to gain muscle? If so, you are definitely going to have to work hard in the gym. If you are the kind of guy to lose weight quite easily, I suggest doing very little cardio if you enjoy cardio. You don't want to make it harder for you to gain by burning too many calories. Start off by finding out your TDEE,…

I used to eat a 1200 calorie plus pizza on a regular basis. That's more than half of my calories, then I would add fries on the side and maybe pick and mess at whatever leftovers we had. Then I would go looking for the Ben & Jerry's. If I am not in the mood for cooking and pizza is what I fancy, I go with one that is like…

Do what works for you, but looking at your diary, you aren't eating frequently like the diet is suggesting. I just don't see how this is healthy. You aren't hitting your macros on "normal" days except for you carbs. People who do these diets are most likely going to end up looking frail and skinny fat. Eat properly, lift…

I'm no expert on acne, but I've had my fair share of it and still do, sadly... When you are exercising, your hormones can be affected. Acne is caused by an imbalance of hormones, don't quite me on this, but isn't testosterone released during exercise or something? Again, I'm no expert, but it could be that.

I don't have fast food very often, to be honest, the last time I had a takeaway or fast food was maybe in July. I'm not 100% sure, but we tend to eat in. When I have had fast food, it doesn't really do anything to my stomach. It's eaten, digested and then, well.... yeh... I just feel hungrier than I normally would because…

I eat 3 whole eggs a day. I eat them scrambled or make an omelette. I used to throw the egg yolk out, not because I disliked it, but because I thought it was unhealthy for you. I thought the cholesterol and the fat in it was bad. Then I heard stuff about it not affected your health and such, but to be honest, I like eggs,…

My goal is 164, but I go over it quite often. Sometimes it reaches like 200g. You need to eat more lean meats, maybe some eggs, etc. Eating lean meats will net you more protein and less fat, allowing you to have more of it. I eat plenty of chicken, turkey, eggs, etc. Sometimes peanut butter if I am also low on my fats.

I used to eat a lot of Quorn products, but I need the calories and the extra protein, so I go for meat lol. I've tried making a burger with the Quorn Mince, but it just doesn't work very well lol. I've used Egg Yolks and Breadcrumbs, but it just doesn't stick together at all...

Preordered mine months ago. Paid for it last Friday, should arrive tomorrow hopefully :D I enjoyed the first one quite a lot. Getting it on 360 by the way lol.

See I was trying to get my head around this as well, I had a post written out, but it just didn't seem right lol. I was thinking the same as cramernh, it must have something added to it to increase the amount of calories in it. Are the beans the same size as each other?? The way I measure food out is in grams, because cup…

I'm currently bulking and about to get back into a routine of lifting. To begin with, I thought I needed to lose weight because I had quite a bit of fat on me and I was only 145lb. I got to like 121lb and I still had fat around my stomach, chest, arms, legs, glutes, etc. I wasn't to happy with what I looked like, but I was…

Because I am eating like 2600 calories a day, my main meals can be like 600 to 800 each. My snacks range from 100 to 300 calories.

The way I see it is, is that you were right what you said, but to be honest let them learn from there mistakes. They will learn from there experiences and probably realize how bad these foods are. I used to eat pizza's that were over 1000 calories with french fries or wedges which could add up to 1500 calories. I was…

I'm from the UK, and I haven't seen a Gamestop at all. Gamestation used to sell older games and consoles, but then GAME took over and then it was just another GAME store with the Gamestation store design. I used to own a SNES as a kid, but only had SMW and DKC. I would rent games from Choices a couple of times a month. We…

I plan out my meals as much as I can at the start of the day and see what I have left over. Some days I have gone out due to non planned foods, but I plan the next day and make sure I knock a few calories off to keep it balanced.

If we were to shop at ASDA or Tesco for those foods it would cost: 2lb chicken breast - £6 (Can't find russet potatoes in ASDA) 3lb White Potato - 94p I think 875g Corn on the cob - £1 4 Peaches - £2 or 2 packs for £3 Gallon of Skimmed Milk - £3.56 1kg of Oats - 75p 500g of Mince Beef - £1.56 170g of Total 0% fat Greek…

I remember seeing something in the Sun newspaper this week or last week I think. I showed a small list of foods and drinks that were originally bad for you like in the 90's, then it was good for you, now it's bad for you. These foods include: Eggs Dark Chocolate I think Coffee was on there Potatoes Some other foods were on…

I prefer to make my own burgers out of either lean turkey mince or lean steak mince. I haven't had a McDonald's for many months now, just doesn't interest me. I am more of a KFC kind of person, but I haven't had that for many months either. I think the last one I had was back in February or March. So when I make a burger,…

I've been drinking tea since a kid, we were brought up on drinking tea lol. We Brits love out tea :D Some people add sugar, but I can't have sugar in mine. Just doesn't taste right, plus, don't want to ruin my teeth lol.

Sadly, I enjoy a lot of bad food lol. I was never overweight or anything which I am quite lucky and thankful for. I just enjoyed my food more than a lot of people I know. I still indulge every now and then, it doesn't seem to affect me at all. I haven't had a Doughnut in months, I probably have like 1 biscuit a week or…

I'm not the best of cooks, but I can cook lol. I just sprinkle marjoram over it, wrap it in tin foil and let it cook in the oven. I check it often, stabbing the middle making sure it isn't pink. As soon as it's lost it's pink color, I take it out. It's juicy and flavorful.

I don't think there are many calories in a clove of garlic and a slice of lemon. Adding or not adding wouldn't really make a difference. I would of thought it would still add calories to the meal. It's the same as gum, if you chew gum you are still consuming calories even if it's little to nothing.
-
You have to get your carbs from somewhere. I don't understand it when people eliminate all these foods, have low carb, low fat, yet don't even eat enough protein, so it shows that they aren't eating all of there calories. I eat around 30 to 35% carbs, theres no way I could get it from fruit and veggies lol. That's over…

I'm not trying to lose weight, but I will say that my TDEE is around 1800 or so, but I can actually eat over 2000 and still lose or maintain. Don't be afraid to eat more, you will at some point have to eat at your maintenance at some point which will be higher than 1200, so if you aren't used to eating more near your goal,…
