I tried looking at my diary, then I released that every meal contains meat lol. I would suggest Greek Yogurt, Cottage Cheese, Eggs, Fruit, Nuts, Wholewheat Bread or Wraps, Meat Free "Meat" Products (if your into that). I can't really think of anything else.

I've tried Soya and Almond Milk. I just couldn't handle the nutty taste on Almond Milk lol. I really enjoyed Soya, but read it can cause problems with hormones in the long run. Me being a dude, I don't fancy messing up my hormones lol. So I just have regular milk, whole or skimmed.

I don't think it's a problem unless you have problems digesting dairy products or if it's really high in saturated fat and sodium. I enjoy Cottage Cheese on many meals if I want to have it. It's great on Omelette's, Wraps, Jacket Potato, pretty much use it on anything you would normally use regular cheese on. Except for…

Omelette..-ed? O.o I add mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, some herbs, black pepper, skimmed milk and sometimes chicken. I use 3 whole eggs :D If I am feel like it, I add some Cottage Cheese on top while it's cooking away.

I just eat whatever is in front of me O.o Why come in with your own food? That's kind of rude if you specifically went out to eat at a friends. I guesstimate what is in the food and how much might be there and overestimated the amount, just in case. It's only food, having a treat or overeating once in a while isn't going…

I track Carbs, Sugar, Protein, Fat and Sat Fat. Sugar and Sat Fat are there just to see how I am doing. I used to track Sodium, but to be honest, I don't think anyone in my family has been diagnosed high blood pressure and I don't see them eating anything that I eat. When I was tracking Sodium, I was pretty much panicking…

I usually eat my breakfast at around 8:30am to 9am. Lunch is around 1pm to 2pm. Sometimes if I am really focused on my studying I won't have it till 3pm to 4pm. Dinner is any time from 6pm to 10pm. Snacks, they can be an hour, 2 or even three hours after a meal. If you are hungry, eat, don't force yourself to starve till a…

Just take every opportunity to make a meal at home. If you usually eat food around the same time and you know your Mom is going to want to go out and get something to eat. Prepare a meal for you and her before she decides she wants to go out. I'm pretty sure she wouldn't let food go to waste, I know my family wouldn't put…

If I want a drink, I have a drink and make sure it fits. I don't keep drinking because of someones birthday or problems. Take last weekend for example. We all went out to celebrate my birthday and my Nan's birthday which were both earlier that week, I had one pint and some water afterwards. I didn't feel the need to keep…

Looking at your diary, yesterday you didn't really eat enough. You could try splitting 5 meals equally throughout the day which would be about 470 per meal. If you keep it up with 470 a meal and stay within your calorie goal you will definitely see results. I'm mainly a 3 meal kind of person. If I feel a little hungry in…

If you go to "My Home" > Settings > Diary Settings > Public It should be at the bottom of that last page. Anyway, I calculated how much you should be eating to stay around your weight if you did no exercise at all and it's about 3000 calories. So depending on your activity level, you could probably get away with eating…

Foods high in protein tend to fill me up. Bits of cheese and apple really isn't going to do much for you. For your weight, you should be eating at least 2000+ calories to be able to sustain your weight, depending how how old you are, how tall you are and your gender. Is it possible you could open your diary so we can see…

Making a burger and fries. All homemade :D Wanted something different, I usually have a roast dinner on Thursday, but having burger and fries. I'm going to put cottage cheese on the burger as well when it's done. Also on a wholemeal roll.

Nope. I just couldn't do it. I really enjoy it. We have roast beef or pork once a week. We have Shepherds Pie or Cottage Pie once a week. I have beef pasta, burgers, etc. I eat bacon, sausage, ham, etc. I just wouldn't be able to hit my protein goals without meat. I know chicken and turkey are the best choices, but I don't…

I think I remember that Supersize vs Superskinny episode. I enjoy watching these kinds of programs, it allows me to see what I'm doing and what could happen if I were to eating certain foods, not eating enough, eating too much and so on. I wouldn't suggest living off sweets like that guy did, but if you fancy some Haribos,…

I'm around 29", I weigh 124lb. I was at 34" and weighed 145lb last year. It's hard finding jeans that fit properly ;(

I don't think your body is going to tell the difference between 7am or 7pm. I don't know how your body works at night regarding digestion, but if you aren't going to bed till like 10pm or after, why shouldn't you eat at or after 7pm? Hell I usually have Dinner at around 7pm, sometimes 9pm. I've had it at 10pm and went to…

I would probably say there are more cashews in the first one. Won't know till you find out what exactly is inside both of them. I've had a ready made meal once and it tasted great. It was like a sweet and sour salmon, rice, veggies dish. You pop it in the microwave and it tastes great. I open it up and there is little to…

Yes, some foods are just too salty for my taste now whereas before they weren't. I could eat a full english and not taste the salt, but if I were to have one now from a Cafe, I just wouldn't be able to handle the taste of the salt. I just stopped adding it to my meals completely and I can actually taste food. My brother…

Well your TDEE is about right I think. According to a site I just used your TDEE is 1809 for little to no exercise. So you would need to eat that much to maintain your weight if you didn't exercise. To lose 0.5lb you would need to eat about 250 calories less than your TDEE. So you would drop it down to about 1559. I've had…

That's a breakfast and a half lol. I've seen a few decent sized breakfasts where we live, but that is just over the top. I used to eat a full english almost every weekend. I stopped having them for quite some time during last year because I wanted to drop some weight. Had one probably before Christmas and I just didn't…

Fruit has a lot of nutrients, minerals and some have anti oxidants. They may contain sugar, but it contains complex carbs that take longer to digest and contain fiber. As long as you aren't stuffing yourself with chocolate, cakes, sweets, biscuits, etc and are within your calorie goal for the day, you have nothing to worry…

You shouldn't force yourself to do something you really don't want to do, even if it's trying to eat healthy foods. If you find that they taste disgusting and you have tried multiple times to try it, but fail, just don't eat it. Take me for instance, I thought about replacing crisps with a salad. I had never had a salad…

Does it say anything on the packaging that might give you a bit more information? Like weight with bones and weight without bones or something??

It was 40/30/30 (C/P/F), but I decided to change it to 35/30/35. I found myself going over on fat and to be honest, I would rather get more fat than carbs, so one it's not bad anyway and two it makes meal feel better knowing that I still stayed under my carbs and didn't go crazy on my fats, but still got a good amount.

Find out your TDEE for your age, weight and height. This will give you the amount of calories should be consuming to maintain your weight at your activity level. Then just eat 250 to 500 calories less than your TDEE to lose 0.5 to 1lb a week.

I like how big my meals come out and being less than like 600 calories. I've had meals at restaurants that have been like 500 calories or less and they are measly little meals. I had a Spag Bol from Frankies & Benny's a while back from the Light Menu. I got hardly any meat, a bit of spaghetti and the rest was raw…

I usually have 2 turkey sausage in the morning. Sometimes with bacon. Chicken or fish for lunch. Chicken, beef, pork, lamb, or fish for dinner. This usually comes around 150g of meat per meal or so. Today I had two rashers of bacon, a turkey burger for breakfast. Lunch I had 100g of Tuna Chunks. Dinner I have 290g of…

If you put in 3 TBSP of unpopped kernels and ate all of the popcorn, you would put in 120 calories because that would make more than 1 cup of popped popcorn. I think what you need to do is experiment with it a bit to the the amount you really want. If you look at it this way. 120 calories for 3 TBSP of unpopped turns out…

I usually eat fish about once or twice a week. Just remember, you simply can't gain weight by eating within your BMR. So if you fit fish into your diet without going over your calorie goal you aren't going to gain v.v Not even a Big Mac meal is going cause weight gain if it fits in your calorie goals
