I will definately have to get that checked out, because i can not deal with this exhuastion.. It's rediculous when all i want is to go home and lay on the couch and then i just fall asleep... thank you for your suggestion.

Thanks I have just gotten the couch to 5k app for my phone so I'll use that as a goal to complete all days and run 5k, I do need to start the weights for sure all I've been doing is turbo jam and treadmill... Thx again :)

that i'm so excited to see that i have lost 1.5 lbs since my last weigh in.. woo hoo. been trying soo hard for that 1.5 lbs. :)

Thanks everyone for the great ideas.. You have all helped a lot I was making a grocery list while I was reading all the responses at work :) so the family is gonna have a nice weekend with good healthy food. Can't wait

and i just checked what it ended up being for yesterday and it dropped all the way to 241 calories burned.. what the heck is going on ???? :cry:

at the moment I would like to just be under 200, and be able to run with out feeling like i'm going to pass out... :) it's still a work in progress, but i'm starting to get there. :D
