I had a big problem with this... But healthier lifestyle has helped. More veggies+fruits; drinking a warm cup of tea in the morning and after eating (MAKE SURE you don't drink cold after eating! O:) and that's what I've just been doing differently, eating less meat is helpful as well :)

I eat: 830AM - Breakfast; Well balanced meal replacement + supplements 10AM - Post Workout Recovery Drinks 12PM Lunch 3PM Snack 6PM Dinner I workout 6 days a week. It's my first week and finished my 5th day of exercise :D

Have you talked with a doctor? It could be anhidrosis or you may just have fewer sweat glands? Do you sweat while exercising? Speak with a pro doc and find out

too young: when you haven't hit puberty yet (at least I think so anyway) I find it sad when little girls think too much about their self image. :(

I LOVE Herbalife Protein Bars! I believe they're the lowest in Sodium (Sodium is a villain in Water Retention) and only like 140 calories, 10g protein, and contains other vits :D They help with my energy and cravings
