  • One last thing. It's what you eat that makes you feel sluggish. Try and aviod processed foods, sugar, and soda's ( diet and reg) and definately stay away from the energy drinks. They are total crap or what I like to call " crack in a can."

  • It's really about what you eat as opposed a to how much you eat. High protein , super low fat. Look at what chemicals are in the food that you are eating as well.
