I follow paleo. I don't find it too difficult, but it can get pretty expensive, and you have to be able and willing to cook a lot.

I had a strawberry superfood bowl at Juice Press yesterday and it was 660 calories! I was so bummed.

Thanks! I like to have fruit with some type of nut butter. Sometimes I have a cup of bone broth while I'm cooking dinner as well.

It's varied, but mostly 2 days a week of Boot Camp, 2 days a week of intense cardio (spinning or running) and 1 day a week with a long walk.

I'm on a strict paleo diet and I have only positive things to say. Only issue is that it can get expensive and can be difficult to eat out.

Thanks everyone! I'm hoping that it's just because I'm still in the early days. I do listen to music, a fun dance station, and it often doesn't distract me enough. I run first thing in the morning, before I've eaten but after my first coffee.
