I have been trying to run for two years albeit not consistently. The longest i've run is two minutes. I even tried the phone app C25K and never got anywhere with it. I guess I should try it again. I hate being a failure at something.

I work out when I can. I try and make it part of my "work" schedule. Either I will work out before work and get ready at the gym or I will go right to the gym when I get off work before I even go home. The most important thing is that your going! Keep it up!

I was running into the same situation so I got a weight watchers cookbooks and started learning to cook. I also started mixing up with a few lean cuisine meals a week. Its not the cleanest way to go but they do have some meals that help break up the same old stuff I eat all the time.
