I love diet coke and aspartsame is in most diet or sugar free foods. I'm diabetic so can't really avoid aspartame at all. SO i'm just buggered :)

I'm diabetic so can't do any of these silly fad diets, no carbs, no real food what kind of life is it? I love food I would rather count calories then deprive myself of the good stuff. One of my friends before her wedding did the cambridge diet as she hates any form of exercise and I just thought as soon as you nstop it…

I sometimes add in a can of chopped tomatoes it pads it out but with very few extra calories. Defo add some garlic and bay leaves, it makes it taste even yummier : ) xx
