I just made the switch. Mostly due to billing issues. I've lost over 25 pounds total and am looking to lose 25 more. I have a fitbit and I'm excited that it will sync and I love scanning food. Just like the ww app. Hoping for good things since this is free.

I think it comes down to what makes you happy. In my experience I've been told cross training is best. So one day get your 10000 steps another day sweat to your hearts content. I personally do both. Strive for 10000 and also take Cardo class and body pump. Haven't found a way to log body pump yet but that doesn't detract…

The first time I took a spin class I almost passed out in the end. Lol. Been doing it for 6 months now and it's the class I hate the most which must mean it's the best. My Zumba classes leave me wanting more so I usually hit the treadmill after those but spin class delivers!

Interesting on the scanning info. Thanks. I do weigh but only what I can't scan. I stay with 1400 about 5 days and might go over after a big workout because I'm usually famished by then. I have a fit bit and I set myfitnesspal to adjust negative. I do 1400 per day. Sometimes I eat back but not every day. I have been between 185 and 182 since August 2014. I log. I scan and weigh.

I just did W1D1 yesterday. So proud of myself for starting. My daughter is a runner and I have lost 25 pounds so it's time to start. I have been doing Zumba for about 6 months. This is so very different! Great info - thanks for the post. I'm going to bump it.:smile:

Sigh... me too. Picky eater to top it off. I try to stay around 1500 calories a day and I walk around 7000 steps a day. I was set at sendendary and ate my exercise calories, but then I changed to slighly active and I try to not go over 1500, I have lost 6 pounds and gained back 2 of them. Blah. Feel free to add me. Awesome! I just started but I definitely thing I will take a picture so i can see the progress too! Thanks for the inspiration! One question - you outfit looks the same. You have to have gone down a few sizes - did you just get the same stuff for the picture?
