Bump... I need this as motivation. :-) It's been nearly 5 years and I am ready for the pouch to go.

Amazing results! Congrats on all of your hard work paying off!!!!

Bump. This is awesome and I am going to print it and put it on my fridge!

All of my favorite things in 30 calories! Yummmmmm!!!!!

Congrats!

I agree with this. Save your money for when you get to your goal weight. For now buy from consignment shops, goodwill, etc. Except the underwear, of course... buy that new.

Congrats! You look absolutely fantastic! I too am 5'4" and have been stuck in the 160s for 3 months now. Hoping to get into the 150s so that I can continue on to my goal of 135. Great job!!! You're inspiring me to keep going.

Congrats! You look fantastic!!!

Congrats! I am finally getting my 6-month plateau to move. I had to increase my calories for like a month and have just recently cut them back to where I had been able to loose weight to begin with. Seems to be working so far (fingers crossed). Great job and keep it up!

You look fantastic!

Do as many exercises as you can using only your body weight. A number of various pushups will help in that regard as tricep dips, as noted above. For shoulders do some decline pushups.

Going to check it out. Thanks.

That's fantastic!!! Congrats on all your hard work!

You and your hubby both look great! Fantastic job!!!

I too have done both but like P90X better than Insanity. Insanity is great for burning fat, but P90X is better for me for overall fitness and strength. I am currently doing another round of P90X. Good luck!

Holy crap! That's fantastic! Congrats on all of your success!!!!

Watch your kids run and then read this article... http://www.nytimes.com/2011/11/06/magazine/running-christopher-mcdougall.html?pagewanted=1&_r=1&ref=general&src=me you can run on your toes without having to run barefoot. The difference in how your body moves when you run this way is amazing. And it is not nearly as…

Highs: the scale went down this week. Lows: I fear that the scale went down because of loss of muscle and not loss of fat. My energy has been poo lately, so I need to get back to being consistent about my exercises!

My December goal is going to be to get in at least 3 workouts per week (preferably 4 but I do have to be realistic with myself), to eat well, and to not let myself stress out if something doesn't get done or purchased over the holidays. I am done with being completely exhausted by the time Christmas comes around. December…

I will need to weigh myself tomorrow AM to see what the Thanksgiving damage was. I ate within reason, but my sodium has been through the roof lately. As for a tattoo. I already have one (a butterfly on my right hip bone) and I think I would want to have that touched up a bit. The color has faded quite a bit since I got it…

Hope this works. First photo is from February 2011 and second photo is just this past weekend.

Glad to hear that you're ok, and I will keep my fingers crossed about your car. I've had my first loss in a few weeks this past week. Down 1.5 after being up a pound. Nowhere near to reaching my goals for this fall and winter, but I've resigned myself to the rest of this journey being a slow one. I am very slim up top, but…
