  • Thank you for the tips. I find simplicity is better fir me so there will be no Mac and cheese. Lol. Day 1 logged everything. I think I am over my protein allowance by 10 grams and fat by 1 g. I still have 204 calories to eat today. I don't think I am choosing the right foods.

  • I don't know how to share my diary which if you looked at today doesn't look so good. I do exercise at least 3 days a week.

  • Thanks for the advice. I am at 1200 calories a day. I don't drink soda juice or anything sweet. I am strictly a one cup coffee in the morning water and tea. I eat very little carbs (or so I think).
