oh n as far as chicken with me being vegaterian im not big one but i work in a reasuraunt and if you lighty spray ur chicken with olive oil and bake or steam it slowly the slower the better ithelps keep it moist after you spray it w ur oilve oil add low call or fresh seasonings to it :sad: my poor chicken

Just hang in there it takes timeIve been here a lil more than a year and ive lost 105 lbs i never thought id get this far but its worth it in the end ive learned new ways of eating n this helps me keep tarack of exercise and food to eat . Just keep lookin forward to better things a head

Just remember you lnow ur own limits ur own restrictions follow ur plan 4 ur body not thiers eventually they may come around my familiy started that way but r coming round now, so hang in there be proud of ur self 4 ur accompishment.
