I also think a cleanse every couple of months for a couple of days is good. I also cut back on exercise and do more yoga during this. It is easier on my body. Good luck

yes muscle can cause the 4-5 lbs uppage. Also you need to measure, if pounds are up and inches aren't moving you have done something wrong. If you are loosing inches then the weight could be muscle. Good luck

I love bananas but I have found since using this site how they throw me over on carbs or sugar or both when I eat them. Some days its worth it mostly its not. A carb is a carb really is true.:sad:

I use one made of pea,hemp and rice and it is delisous. From the health food store here its about 28.00 a container which makes 15 shakes. Its time life and is gluten and yeast and pretty much everything else free. I use half as much powder and mix w almond milk to stretch it.

I did this for 6 days as a cleanse not a diet. Lost 5 lbs have been off for 5 days and havent gained any of it back. I think it helps to get some things out of your system. Mine was yeast. There is always to much sodium in food from resturants. You need to drink lots of water it will help.

If you use the create recipe part of the app and follow the directions it will give you the caloies on what you cook at home. I use it all the time.

jamba juice frozen yogurt bars several flavors under 100 cal. free cool whip on anything dark chocolate sugar free jello pudding when all else fail a spoon full of honey or straight sugar, so sweet you want anything else and not that bad

get a better doctor, a sed rate ( blood test). then go from there. I say this as a 42 yr old woman with 1 knee replacement down and 1 to go because I sucked it up for years. :flowerforyou:

He should respect that your trying to eat healthy. NOBODY has the right to tell you what to eat or how much unless your a child. I love spicy I put boneless skinless chicken thighs w 2 chilies w/adobe sauce, rice, green peppers, corn, chili powder and pretty much anything else I had in my slowcooker and walked away. 6 hrs later everyone was in love and I still dont remember exactly what I put in it. Point being you pretty much cannt mess up chicken…

I used it to break my soda habit. I read the label it's water so I count it in my water. The flavored one I drink have no sugar or sweetner in them so I count them too.:drinker:
