Make freeze ahead meals. Make sure you have the nutrition easily available your body is going to need. Don't be afraid to rest for the first 2 weeks or so. After staples come out pool Theraphy could be easy exercise but ask your physician first. There are chemicals and germs in public pools. Good luck to both of you.

I'm the same. You are not alone. I find that logging ALL of it sometimes makes me stop. If not I know what damage I have to work on the next day.

I'm at a desk all day and it drives me nuts. I'm also trying the no artificial sweetener it doesn't work with my MS. This is worse than cigarettes.

If you feel fat dressed. Try having your clothes tailored to you. It can make a big difference in how you look in them. I personally would love to be your height and weight :flowerforyou:

Its so good your catching it at 10lbs. Ive worked a desk job so long i swear my *kitten* looks like my chair. Try and eat the 1200 at least all you may need to do is add a spoon of pb or piece of string cheese to help get you over. I got stuck after my first 20lbs had to change my exercise and types of foods. If you have the pie chart on your diary try seeing how many cals you are getting from carbs, I was stunned. Now I'm stuck at 38lbs lost.lol so it really doesnt get any better its a long battle. But if you still want that cheeseburger count me in!

THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THE STRESS IS WHEN IT GETS BAD ENOUGH I DON'T WANT TO EAT, BUT I HAVE TO GO THRU THE EATTING A WHOLE CAKE STRES TO GET TO THE NO FOOD STRESS. TODAY IS A NO FOOD STRESS DAY.

I would have never guessed 1 poptart was a serving and how bad 2 plain brown sugar pop tarts were. I really miss my poptarts but I look at them now and think of all the other stuff i could eat.:cry:

You can do so many things w an omelet its unreal and great for one person. I love spinach and brie egg beater omelets with fresh herbs, or go southwest with black beans, salsa and peppers, :drinker:
