I am thinking about returning to my fitness pal and trying again. I lost a total of 73lbs and gained back 30lbs and I think I am ready to make this right. I could use some help from successful people on here about what to eat.

    Of course it will work, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 100 chances work...I read this saying 'Fall down seven times, Stand up 8' that I really love, as long as you keep perservering and don't give up it's working.
