Hello, I have approx. 90 lbs. to lose. I find it difficult to exercise & do what I can at home. I love walking, but have a son who has Autism, so getting out is sometimes a challenge and I have to motivate myself when the chances arise. I say nay, I prefer to make almond bark with dark chocolate & enjoy the benefits without all the sugar & unnecessary calories. The dark chocolate helps boost the immune system & the almonds are great for protein etc. Old wives tale: Almonds are good for decreasing arthritis inflammation.

When I started logging weekends, I noticed I was over-eating as well. I am exposing myself to too many meals/snacks I can't control as much. I find it less expensive & less tempting if I eat at home & prepare my own meals & snacks from scratch or take a quick shake with me.

I would like to lose at least 60 pounds. I have done it before and am convinced I will do it again. I will be happy if I can at least lose 2 pounds per week.
