Hi, I am also looking for a new start. I've tried MFP years ago and lost weight, then I stopped and gained 13kg. I am now looking for a fresh and new start. Please feel free to add me as I know it's is always nice to have supportive friends along this weight loss journey.

Nice post! I love Shirataki Noodles. I always have them at home. I ate them at least twice week. I boil them first for 20 min then I fry it. It's so delicious, I cook it with pork chop, carrots and mushrooms... It's just so yummy!!! I've also tried with bolognese sauce... I'm big fan of Shirataki Noodles. :D

With this thing of 8 glasses of water... Sometimes I also fell too full to eat all my calories. I feel I am always full of water. Drinking so much water, I don't feel hungry like b4, so what happen I eat less.
