Thank you all. I have opened my diary and appreciate any feedback. I intend to begin incorporating weights into my workout routine and continue tracking my intake. It took me 9 months to gain it, so I guess I need to be patient.

Hi there. I'm Chrissy and very new here. I am 4'11 and 115 lbs. I quit smoking 6 months ago and gained 15 lbs. I would like to lose 10 but it just doesn't seem to be happening. Also, can anyone share how to get the progress bar everyone is posting. Thanks.

Hi Jody, I'm new here and quit smoking back in November. I never thought I would be smoke free and am very proud of myself. I put on 15 lbs too and am having a hard time with it. I am new to MFP and haven't really seen any progress but I will stick with it. I wish you the best of luck. Chrissy:smile:
