I like mine with a bit of creamer and Torani sugar free ~ I love the caramel and the vanilla flavoring. Creamer is the only calories and I don't have to use much when I use the flavoring. It tastes like i'm cheating!

I am now on day 13 of level 1. I have taken 3 days off one each week plus one that I worked 11 hours on adding shelves to my kitchen cabinets. I was too tired to do it that day and figured I'd burnt more than the work out would of. I have lost about 7lbs won't measure until the end of 30.
