Hi I'm 5'8" and currently weigh 221.4 my goal for now is 160. I started at 260. I was afraid to put more than 100 lbs.. I am larger boned. I would really like to see what I feel like when I get to 160. I'll reassess then and would like to think I could be 135 to 145. Please add me as a friend if you want to.

I do the low carb also. I have found that ranch dressing is the lowest. Or i do lemon juice, or vinegar and oil. Salad cream does sound good. Might give it a try.

If I don't up my protein from what MFP states I would over eat and never loose. I think they are way off! But, that's just me.

You can report the kindle as stole to amazon and they won't be able to purchase any books and it will become useless to them. I'm not sure if it can be hacked into after that or not. But, it's worth trying.

I am on a low carb diet also. I work out 5-6 days a week. I've lost 38 lbs. I have 70 to go. (10 before I joined MFP). I believe that as long as your are taking a good multivitamin. (I also take vitamin d). Know your body, visit your doctor and have blood work done regularly. I have found a low carb diet is the easiest way…

I think they are very good. I have lost 23 pounds since Feb. I also go to curves and ride my stationary bike 4-5 times a week. I think it is a good program. My husband is drinking them also. He hasn't lost much weight but his blood sugar is doing so much better and he has gone down 2 loops in his belt. We'll see in another…

I am on my 3rd day of Body by Vi. I'm not sure about results yet but I really like the flavors and I'm not hungry. I'd love to know what other people think as well!
