  • The 17 day diet helped me out, but didn't lose as much as they said I would, but then, again, probably didn't follow as striclty as I should have. I lost about 13 lbs in the first 17 days, even with a cheat here and there. I think it just does a good job of encouraging you to eat healthier, and with smaller portion sizes.…
  • I work full time, and have two daughters, ages 8 and 4, who are active in softball and with horses. I completely understand the feelings of not enough time/energy to eat healthy! I would love offer support to any of you, and have days when I need support as well. Let's do this together! :)
