looking at those couple days. The foods look fine...The sugar might be a teensy high but not that bad (unless you're worried about diabetes) considering you are eating very low in fat and getting quite a bit of protein in along with whole grains. AND you're even taking a vitamin and getting plenty of water which is…

weighed in yesterday at 141.8, having lost about 1 lb in the last week.....and, just got back from "running" a 5k (quotes because I don't run I sort of jog, wheeze, walk , hobble, jog, wheeze, repeat...... *snicker*)....so, on the right track :drinker:

when I bake I'm partial to oatmeal choco chip cookies with splenda and applesauce replacing the fat and sugar (only I end up inhaling them so I try to hide them when I make them)...BUT right now, am really into Healthy Choice FroYo, Weight Watchers Giant Latte, and Weight Watcher Red Velvet ice cream sandwiches....all…

Hi :) I'd love some buddies. 5'2" HW: 194 CW: 143 GW: 123 I've really gotten in to Yoga and running 5ks....and have an obsession with cooking (which can sometimes hinder weight loss, so have been trying hard to focus on super healthy, yet still delicious cooking)

I've also recently taken up running 5ks. But, in the past, due to VERY tight tendons, running always resulted in extreme ankle, heel and knee pain. Now, after doing Yoga for 6-7 months, I may not be a great runner but at least I don't have that pain anymore

I am SO in  (especially with travel plans coming up in May, would LOVE to be down a size for that)...and I am in the same boat with the water intake Crappity...I need it doubled, pronto!

height: 5'2" CW: 142lbs. GW: 120-125 At one point a number of years ago, I was around 200lbs. I dropped a lot of dress sizes, got down to 116...Theeeen I quit smoking, AND found a taste for wine (also found that wine packs on the pounds for me). Between the quitting smoking slow down in my metabolism and the wine, I gained…

unfortunately the buffet menu isn't terribly predictable, and will very a little by ship. BUT they should have at least a vinaigrette (if not even a light ranch, thankfully SPA cuisine is getting more popular on cruise ships :D) For dinner they DO have options...anything marked as SPA....BTW, will also be on Carnival soon…
